Built by a coach, for coaches
CoachReflection was built by Kevin Middleton, a UEFA B licensed coach with over 20 years of experience in grassroots and academy football. Kevin has founded two academies, coached over 1,000 players, and educated more than 1,500 coaches through the Football Coaching Academy.
The idea came from a simple problem: Kevin was reflecting on his sessions in his head but never writing anything down. When he started capturing reflections properly, his coaching improved noticeably. CoachReflection makes that process quick and guided so every coach can do the same.
